Early Days Groups
All first-time parents in Stockport are invited to join an Early Days course, to support you in the first few weeks and months with your baby. Early Days covers sleep and settling your baby, play, safety, weaning and looking after yourself. It is also an opportunity to learn Baby Massage and to meet other parents and babies.
Speak to your Health Visitor about booking onto an Early Days course.

If you are experiencing low mood, feeling stressed, having problems sleeping or needing to build your confidence, these free courses may help
