We’d love to hear from you about your experience as parents and carers with our Start Well Health Visiting Services and we’ve teamed up with Care Opinion to make it easier for you to share your story with health and local authority services and with other people who use them. Care Opinion lets you tell your story – what you liked, what you didn’t, and what you’d want to change.

Your story will be handled confidentially by Care Opinion. Your story may appear (without your name) on their website. Care Opinion will then ask the Start Well Health Visiting service to respond to the feedback you share, but without revealing your identity.

It’s simple to do and totally safe. You can be sure that your feedback will go to the team delivering your service.

This service is independent of Start Well Health Visiting service and the NHS. Many NHS trusts and care organisations are signed up to Care Opinion so they can hear directly from people about their experience of care. Your feedback helps providers keep doing the things they are doing well and to make improvements where it’s needed.
