Start Well is excited to share with you that we are now part of ‘One Stockport Family Hubs’.
Our Start Well offer won’t change. However, being part of Family Hubs means there will be information, help and support for your family from pregnancy through to your children reaching 19 (or up to 25 for young people with special educational needs and disabilities) on all aspects of family life.
Our first sites to change are:
Abacus Start Well Hub, Garners Lane, Adswood, SK3 8QW
Brinnington Start Well Hub, Westmorland Drive, Brinnington, SK5 8HH.
There’s also a new online One Stockport Family Hub with all the information and advice you need in one place, available whenever you want it, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can learn more on Stockport Council’s newsroom
